JOIN THE LIVE RESILIENCE TRAININGS
In these sessions, you’ll learn key insights relating to the neuroscience of stress, focus, and resilience, and daily practices to take care of your most valuable asset – your mind. We will introduce the Pause Method® – an evidence-based approach to help you develop a foundation of non-judgmental self-awareness as well as on-the-go tools to establish a reliable everyday routine that proactively cultivates your mental fitness, reduces stress and anxiety, and improves your effectiveness under pressure.
GROWTHWORK
In between our live resilience trainings, you'll be encouraged to engage in daily Growthwork exercises! You'll find all of the details and resources in the GROWTHWORK tab. Start with Module 1 and follow along with your training cadence. If you have questions, submit them in the Questions tab. We're here for coaching, support, and anything else you need!

The Wise Brain Gym brings all of the guided recordings from your growthwork into one simple playlist so you can listen on the go. The Meeting Starters are a great resource for you as a leader to bring stress relief and mental fitness directly to your team.
Our main Pause motto is small moments, many times. This is how you change habits and rewire your brain. Go gently, follow your inspiration, and stay curious!
